Fungi of Northern Europe
“Fungi of Northern Europe” is a series of books, containing keys, descriptions and illustrations of fungi found in Northern Europe. The series is published by the Danish Mycological Society.
Fungi of Northern Europe vol. 1- The genus Hygrocybe” – was authored by David Boertmann and published in 1995 in Danish and English. The English edition was reprinted in 1996.
Fungi of Northern Europe vol. 2 – “The genus Lactarius” – was authored by Jacob Heilmann-Clausen, Annemieke Verbeken and Jan Vesterholt and published in 1998 in Danish and English.
Fungi of Northern Europe vol. 3- “The genus Hebeloma ” – was authored by Jan Vesterholt and published in 2005 in English.
Among the planned future releases are volumes on Agaricus and Tricholoma
